Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to Steve Lowrey Photography Studio and its associated trading names, including:

  • Headshots Manchester
  • Barking Mad Pet Photography
  • Boudoir Photographer

1.2 We provide high-quality images as described in our service packages.

1.3 Photos, prints, or digital images will only be supplied to the client once the agreed fee has been paid in full.

1.4 The copyright of all images remains with the photographer at all times. Upon full payment of the agreed fees, clients receive an unlimited license to use the images as they see fit, except for resale, which requires explicit written consent from the copyright holder.

1.5 RAW files and unedited images will not be supplied under any circumstances.

1.6 To secure a booking, clients must pay a non-refundable deposit.

1.7 The full balance of the agreed fee must be paid at least 7 or 14 days before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.8 Clients will receive only the specific number of edited images agreed upon before the photoshoot. Additional images can be purchased separately.

1.9 All images will be edited and retouched to the highest standards. Any additional retouching or alteration requests may incur an additional fee.

1.10 Unless explicitly agreed otherwise before the photoshoot, Steve Lowrey Photography reserves the right to use any images taken for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to social media. Any image used in this way shall be deemed for advertising purposes, even if not explicitly labeled as such at the time of publication.

1.11 The agreed terms of the engagement will be recorded on the invoice, and any errors must be brought to the photographer’s attention upon receipt. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the recorded terms.

1.12 Clients and their accompanying parties are not permitted to take photographs or record videos within the studio during a session without prior permission.

2. Change of Date and Cancellations

2.1 Clients may request to change the date of their booking with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This can be done twice per booking. A third rescheduling request will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

2.2 Cancellations made on the scheduled day of the photoshoot or with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

2.3 The only exception to this policy is for outdoor dog photoshoots. In cases of adverse weather conditions, rescheduling may be permitted with mutual agreement.

3. Exceptions

3.1 These terms and conditions will be superseded in the case of weddings, where separate terms and conditions may apply.
